This top floor self catering apartment is spacious, light & airy with 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, sitting room & a well equipped kitchen/dining. It has pleasant views from all bedrooms and day rooms and of course there is delightful views from the large roof terrace, an idyllic place to relax with a delightful Tuscan wine after a days visit to nearby historic towns. A large beautiful & tranquil garden is also available at the ground floor level, this is shared with our other guests. After an evening meal, walk 50m to see the town's people stroll through the main street for their 'passagata' with their ice creams & children. It is an easy walk to restaurants, pizzarias, bars, shops, supermarket and public transport. Several banks, the information office, museum, cathedral, car parks, bus and train stations are within an easy walk as is the public outdoor swimming pool which is just outside the town walls. Superb Italian cooking lessons can be arranged. Casa Mila is available for a maximum of 6 people. A car is not essential.

The Sansepolcro Festa - the Balestra - a crossbow competition against Gubbio, is held in the town square each year on the second Sunday in September. On the first Sunday of each month there is a huge Antique Fair in Arezzo. The summers here are quite stable, hot & dry with continuous clear skies day & night. It is pleasantly cooler in the evenings but mild. Early mornings are wonderfully fresh. By car: Anghiari is 15 min, Citta de Castello 30min, Arezzo 45 min, Perugia & Gubbio 1 hr, Assisi, Siena, Urbino & Ravenna 75 min, Florence & Bologna 2 hr.
Sansepolcro is on the upper reaches of theTiber River - good for fishing & swimming. walk in the foothills of the Apennines. Market day is Tuesday morning each week with smaller markets on Thursday & Saturday mornings. During the summer there are many free evening concert in Sansepolcro & Anghiari. In 2012 the Pope visited Sansepolcro as part of the towns celebrations for its millennium 1012-2012. In 2013 the 9th stage of Giro d'Italia started in Sansepolcro & finished in Florence. So we are only a bike ride from Florence???
