Demelza Cottage has been converted from a 17th century barn, which was used for farming purposes until 1986. It is situated at Tregenna, an attractive hamlet of some six properties. Blisland village is half a mile away, with an inn, well stocked shop and post office.
The cottage is ideal for couples and combines comfort with all the original character of the building, including open beams, wooden lintels, small paned windows and cottage doors. There is a sitting room, separate kitchen, and double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The cottage is well situated for walking and cycling, touring and visits to the beaches.

The North Cornwall coast is renowned for its impressive cliffs and steep valleys leading to sandy coves and bays. There are excellent large sandy beaches at Trebarwith, Polzeath and Daymer Bay. The coastal footpath is protected over long stretches by the National Trust. Alternatively, walking on Bodmin Moor offers a quiet and "away from it all" experience.
Blisland village is half a mile from Tregenna and is one of the most picturesque in Cornwall. The village green is flanked by Blisland church which is mentioned in the writings of Sir John Betjeman. The village has a freehouse inn providing meals, and there is a well stocked shop and post office.
