The farm house:

In the mountains between Pisa og Florence you will find the real Italy. The rustic stone farm house is situated in a picturesque olive grove where you can enjoy breathtaking views from the lovely pool and pool terrace. The house is ideal for vacation for the large family, or if several generations or families will enjoy a summer vacation in Tuscany - or if you just like to have plenty of space around you.
The house is close to several of the area's best local restaurants and within walking distance of the medieval village of Castelvecchio.
The house on 200 beautiful Tuscan m2 is a traditional Tuscan farm house. The house has good spacious and bright room. The house is on three floors. At the bottom are two storage compartments with washing machine. The ground floor has a large modern kitchen but classic-style and includes dishwasher, refrigerator and gas stove so you easily can make your own food. You will also find a combined living and dining room there is satelite TV. On the ground floor there is also the pink room with a double bed and a small guest bathroom.

On the first floor the farm house have three bedrooms: The Green Room and the Blue Room and Master bedroom with a private bathroom with bathtub and shower. For the other two rooms have shared bathroom with shower.

The garden:
The land surrounding the house is over 5,000 m2 and consists of a small olive grove and a nice flat garden with good opportunities for games, fun and relaxation. In an olive grove terraces is a swimming pool which can be enjoyed by the whole family. At the pool area there is a large terrace with sun loungers. Close to the pool is a small idyllic ruin where you will find an outdoor shower in one of the house's charming, old wine barrels that have previously been used to house its own wines. The shower has 130 liter solar heated water.

In front of the house by the kitchen you will find a wonderful terrace with sun and cool shade. The perfect place for breakfast and dinner with great views of some of the ten small medieval towns in Sorana Valley - also called the ten cities valley.

Pescia is a non tourist town where you can really get a good impression of the "real" Italian lifestyle.

The house is situated 10 km from Pescia. The city has many fine buildings from all periods from 1300-century and up to now. The city also has a range of good shops and cafes with food at affordable prices. Every Saturday from. 07-13 is a market town.

Monday many of the smaller shops are closed or closed half the day. So if you have set the day of to go shopping in Pescias shops it may be advised to choose one of the other days. 18 km from Pescia you will find the more tourist town Lucca and 50 km away you will have Pias and Florence.
