The cottage is set nearer the property stables, linked via a garden wall and part of a listed 12th Century build and a Georgian property in the Cotswolds. Ideal accommodation for medium or longer term lets. Working people find the space delivers a good combination of privacy, relaxation and a great opportunity to explore the central/southern England areas.

- The single bedroom can accommodate up to 2 single beds, storage draws and box and some hanging space.
The cottage has storage heaters, separate electric heaters. There is parking on Langley Green itself.
*Please note the property is not suitable for very young children (children under 10 yrs.) due to the design of the staircase, which leads to downstairs main toilet facilities. We advise parents to keep young children under guidance and strict supervision.

The closest town is Chippenham which has a train station, a variety of different high st shops, and many pubs and restaurants. We are about 15 minutes drive from Lacock a National Trust village and Castle Combe race circuit.The river Avon is only 5 minutes down the road if you like a spot of fishing or walking. Historical Bradford-on-Avon, Longleat House and Safari Park, St Thomas Wildlife park, Avebury, and Stonehenge are also within 30 to 40 minutes drive. Local produce is available from many farm shops and Chippenham and Devizes have weekly markets.

There is parking down the side of The Dairy or if you prefer there is secure parking on Langley Green with an electric gate on the front of the property You have use of the rear garden which has wooden table and chairs, a washing line and a BBQ if required. Includes heating, Sky and internet, and cleaning.
Wiltshire has very good weather and beautiful countryside, lots of places to visit such as wildlife parks, rural countryside, Castle Combe race circuit. Check to see if events are on.Wiltshire has much to offer: there are lively market towns, rolling countryside, and magnificent gardens. There are several attractions, including Stonehenge, Salisbury Cathedral, Avebury, etc. Also, the Longleat animal park will make the joy of both adults and children.
