The marinas of Palma are just across the road and the beaches of Palma 5-10 minute walk away. Taxis and buses are also right on the doorstep.
The area of La Llonja is famous for the many bars and restaurants offering a variety of food. There are also live music venues, and the world famous bar Abacos.
The Santa Catalina area is 10 minutes walk away, originally the fishermans area of Palma, now a gourmets delight with the covered market and many, many coffee shops, restaurants and bars.
The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According to this law the property is available for seasonal renting, however, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
