The historic accommodation, built on stilts, is composed mostly of wood with slate roof, it has wide steps which lead you up onto the patio and entrance. It was formerly used for grain storage and milling and retains much of its original charm and characteristics with exposed beams etc. Suitable for young couples or the active elderly couple looking for peace and quiet.Accommodation offers one double bedroom. The England region

100 acre working sheep farm with 3 course fishing lakes. Heavily stocked with carp, tench, rudd etc in peaceful surroundings, where you may be fortunate enough to see kingfishers, deer, foxes or badgers with buzzards and ducks and geese often flying in the vicinity. The house is overlooking country views with Dartmoor on the distant horizon. Clay pigeon shooting can be arranged, weather permitting.
