On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen/ dining room, with cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. The sitting room has two two-seater sofas, TV with freeview and DVD player. There is a heated conservatory with seating for four.
There are open plan stairs to the first floor, which has two double bedrooms and a shower room.
The main garden, with sheltered terrace, garden furniture and lawn, is at first floor level, and is reached by a metal staircase and stone steps. Young children must be supervised.
One well-behaved pet is welcome.
