Sleeps up to 6.
This cosy terraced holiday cottage has 3 double bedrooms, a dining room (off the kitchen) and a separate Living room which make for reasonably spacious holiday accommodation. The house furniture has a contemporary feel with solid wood floors in the hall and dining/breakfast room area. The kitchen was re-tiled last year and although quite small & old fashioned has everything that you need in it. Outside the Patio Garden is a real suntrap and was re-paved and re-rendered 3 years ago.The bathroom is downstairs & has a shower over bath and basin. There is the wc and small basin on the upstairs landing. There are 2 leather sofas in the Living room . An extra single bed can be requested in the largest bedroom so the room effectively becomes a triple room. Just let me know in advance. There are lots of things to see and do. Historic Lewes, Druzillas Wildlife Zoo, The Downs, Sovereign Harbour Marina and Eastbourne Seafront are all close by. The house was refurbished 3 years ago now so has a "lived in" rather than newly decorated feel. It will always be cleaned and tidy for your arrival.

The Eastbourne / Town Centre area
Whether you fancy taking in a West End show or concert at Eastbourne's fabulous Bandstand, enjoying a stroll on the Pier, roller skating along the Promenade or even having a go at some water sports, Eastbourne can offer it all.
The charming town Center has a surprising number of excellent Restaurants and a good selection of Shops to while away a few hours – including a Museum of Shops. There is also the excellent contemporary Towner Art Gallery, plus four Theatres, Bars and Clubs.
It's also a family friendly resort – to keep the kids entertained, the Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway, Treasure Island and Fort Fun offer plenty of entertainment, including rides, Crazy Golf and Go-karting, and there are bags of further attractions to visit within the surrounding region.
Our lovely clean, Pebble beach has been featured on TV as exceptionally family friendly. KidzSafe waterproof identification wristbands are supplied free of charge so that parents can tag children with their mobile phone numbers. The Pier offers Traditional seaside Amusements and if you're trying to drag them away, Fusciardi's ice-creams are unsurpassed as bribery!
Eastbourne has something for everyone – whether you're looking for a traditional seaside holiday or a Culture break.
