The property is near Polis Town, on the seafront in Nea Dimmata Village one of the very few regions in Cyprus where the pine forests drop into the sea where one can take one of the mountainous registered trails starting from the villa, or take a seashore walk.
The property offers the golfer the ability to tee off into the sea from an elevation of about 10m above sea level (however the property is not on a golf course).
