The main house a large kitchen, dining room comfortable seating 15 persons, 2 bathrooms and two shower. The two showers with wash basins and two large bedrooms on the first floor three bedrooms and a mezzanine with three beds. Also a separate toilet and a bathroom. Leading from the main house adjacent a "pavilion" is a covered veranda enclosed with patio windows with a large farmhouse table for seating 24 persons. In the valley Vezere, there are all the prehistoric sites and some castles. There is bastides and strongholds in the south. In the area of Bergerac, there is vineyard of Pecharmand and Monbazillac, in Perigueux there is the architectural Gallo-Roman city. There are beautiful other towns and sites of great interest like Brantome.
