Villa Highnoon is run by a friendly family owned business and situated in a peaceful valley known as 'Santa Maria Estate', located just 5 minutes by walk from Mellieha village centre where you will have access to all amenities including several supermarkets, pubs & restaurants. The coastline is just 1km away where you will get easy access to the stunning Mellieha Bay which is Malta's largest sandy beach. The bus stop is conveniently located 30 metres away from the villa and if you wish to visit the beautiful island of GOZO, it will only take you a 15 minutes drive to the car-ferry terminal from where you can catch the shuttle ferry service.

Villa Highnoon is in two parts: Upper Highnoon & Lower Highnoon. This listing is for Lower Highnoon which consists of a 3-bedroom apartment with own entrance, large poolside terrace and private facilities. The villa is fully detached and has a large garden, surrounding the area with several citrus and palm trees. Since Highnoon overlooks the valley, you get to enjoy both sea and country views whilst relaxing in the sunny Maltese weather.
All rooms are well furnished and pleasing. The fitted kitchens are fully equipped and include a microwave, gas oven and all necessary cooking and dining facilities. The villa consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin room, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, kitchen/dining room and a sitting-room and TV area. Extra bedding, cots, baby chairs can be provided on request (see website FAQ or contact us for details).
FREE broadband WIFI internet, TV with Free-to-air Satellite, electric iron, fans and radio are provided. An automatic washing machine and portable airconditioning or heating units are available on a pay-per-use basis. The accomodation price includes a free weekly linen service with bed linen and bath towels. A welcome food-pack with basic necessities can be booked on request.

Situated at the Northest point on the island, Mellieha exhibits breathtaking views of Gozo and Comino whilst picturesque sunsets can be enjoyed every summer evening from several hilltops and cliffs surrounding the village. Mellieha is also home to Malta's largest beach - Mellieha Bay.
The village festa is celebrated on the 8th of September, and this involves a whole week of celebrations including band marches and a series of ground and aerial firework displays.
