Villa Vista is a recently renovated stone house, with stunning views to the blue Aegean Sea and to the unspoilt green hills of Mesudiye. It combines the authentic atmosphere of a traditional Mediterranean country house with the comfort of modern facilities. It is located in the charming village of Mesudiye, just 5 minutes drive from the beaches and 20 minutes drive from Datça town center. It is set in a small garden with the almond trees which fabulously blossom in the spring time.

This originally very old cottage has been restored twice by Akkaraca family, in 1997 and 2012. Refurbished stone walls and wooden roof, and decorated by authentic local materials, the house retains its cozy and unique character; while it offers a spacious interior, a very large veranda and balconies with gorgeous seascape.

The location of Villa Vista is invaluable to discover the well-known, as well as hidden, natural and historical treasures of the Datça Peninsula where the Mediterranean embraces the Aegean Sea. While the Ancient Greek archeological site Knidos is just 25 minutes away, it is very close to numerous lovely bays of Mesudiye (such as HayitBuku, Palamutbuku and Ova).

Datca peninsula has countless beaches, some of which are very popular, some others waiting to be discovered with their untouched nature. Mesudiye area where Villa Vista is located offers many magnificent choices for daily seaside trips.

Hayit Buku
This is the nearest beach to Villa Vista. It is small but one of the prettiest one. The water is very clean, clear and generally very calm, ideal to swim, to snorkel, canoe, fishing and scuba diving. We highly recommend Ortam Restaurant to enjoy a perfect evening at Hayit Buku with its marvelous Aegean cuisine and very fresh fish.

Just 5 minutes away, Havitbuku's neighbor Ova bay. A longer coast to give more privacy at beach but many choices at service with numerous small coffees and restaurants.

If you follow the road at the end of Ovabuku (this is a short cut, there is a longer but better road- see the map), you reach palamutbuku after 15 minutes. Comparing to Ova and Hayitbuku, this is even longer coast with a bigger village settlement and even more numerous touristic shops, bars , taverns and restaurants. Before you arrive, there is a petty pretty small beach called pink beach on the road. You can recognize it from its pink pebbles. If you have time, it is really worth to stop by and swim there.

After Palamut Buku, at the point of peninsula you arrive the Ancient Greek site of Knidos. this archaeological site is large and spectacular even though a small portion of the ruins have been uncovered. It's location between the Mediterranean and Aegean makes it even more interesting, it should not be missed

In 20 minutes by car, you can reach the central town of the area, Datça. Town center itself is surrounded by small beaches, side by side. Datca's small marina have many bars and coffees. In Datça, you have many possibilities from surfing to discos, other sea sports, bigger shops and local markets..A very near beach to Datca, Kargi (5 km) is very special and under protection. At the beach called Taslik (stony in local language), there is a natural spring and a small lake falling into the sea for decades. And a historical water mill. And of course please do not leave Datça, before visiting Old Town (Eski Datça-3 kms away from the center)
