The small town of Costa Teguise is just a 10 minute walk away along the seafront. At just over 600m the main beach is sandy and well equipped. However there is also a lagoon beach, perfect for children; a beach directly in front of Palya Bastian (with toilets) and another small and quiet beach just past the King's Palace, all are within walking distance. Shopping-there is no shortage of shops for the tourists including jewellers, bureau de change, beach wear and beach games, clothes, souvenirs plus numerous supermarkets which cater adequately for self catering needs. Night life-like many of the resorts on the island Costa Teguise has a variety of bars, restaurants and clubs, however as the property is a few minutes walk away, noise is not a problem.
