Fantastically modern furnished new townhouse, not far from Disney, Universal Studios, Wet n Wild theme parks, Orlando. Has just been remodelled and renovated with new kitchen, bathrooms (both en-suite), lounge diner with large flat screen TVs. You won't find a newer renovated townhouse to this standard. It is located in the complex "The Towns of Legacy Park".The Towns provides easy access to all the main attractions being just minutes from shops, restaurants and many nearby golf courses. It is ideally located on the US 27 between I-4 and 192 in Davenport, close to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Epcot Centre and close to all major attractions. It is also within an hours drive of both the east and west coasts. The home has two bedrooms and sleeps 4 people (a double in the master bedroom and 2 new single beds in the 2nd bedroom). It has just had a major re-fit with hardwood floors throughout, brand new integrated dishwasher, stainless steel appliances (oven, hob, refrigarator), re-tiled bathrooms to a very high standard. It has all the facilities you need to have an enjoyable holiday, it's fully air-conditioned throughout with clean bed linen and towels provided before arrival. There is a Publix supermarket, Applebees, Bars, Petrol Stations and an ATM a 1min drive or a 5-10min walk away.There is a communal swimming pool and a hot tub as well as ample sunbathing space. The surrounding area has been professionally landscaped and maintained. The town house is fully registered and licensed with the state of Florida and is maintained by our local property management company who can help with any problems you might encounter.There is high speed wi-fi (25mb, so extremely fast!), cable TV (with FA Premier League), local telephone calls to ensure you stay connected for business or pleasure whilst holidaying with us. We have a digital safe which is secured to the floor to keep your personal possessions safe when out. We currently don't ask for a security deposit like most do (just a 20% non refundable deposit to secure your booking), if any damage is caused please replace items or let the management company know so they can replace and let you know costs. Balance payable 4 weeks prior to arriving. Paypal payments accepted, this gives you security when paying as our business has been verified by Paypal. Please note that for bookings of 2 days or less then we do need to charge a cleaning fee of $60.00.You may find cheaper headline rates when you search on low to high prices, but when you click through and see the additional fees people add on i.e. taxes, cleaning, security deposit etc you'll find we are the cheapest. Some also want a full payment up front, we only ask for a 20% deposit to secure your booking, which can be paid via PayPal for peace of mind. Do a sort on reviews, read what people say and book with the knowledge that you won't find a cheaper, nicer, better located Townhouse with everything you could want to have a memorable holiday. Check through the dates available on owners calendars and you'll see our Townhouse is continually booked because people pass on our details, enabling us to offer cheaper rates as we are booked for more weeks of the year.
