This 1 bedroom ground floor apartment is situated near the sports centre, minutes from the bus stop and only 10 minutes from the centre of town on foot. The apartment has a private terrace and external parking for 1 car. The property has been furnished to a high standard. The entrance hallway leads to a stylish lounge, with a TV, a DVD player and a HIFI system. There is also a comfortable sofa that opens up as a small double bed. The kitchen/dining area has been finished in Pippy Oak and comfortably seats 4 people. There are French doors leading onto the terrace area. The main bedroom has a king sized bed which can also be split into two single beds, if preferred. From the bedroom, French doors lead onto the terrace as well. The bathroom includes a bath, shower attachment, sink and WC. The owners have also installed WIFI [internet access]. NB. If you wish to rent this apartment for 3 or 4 people, an extra supplement of 150chf per person per week will be charged. Please note, for week commencing 19th Jan, the apartment is available to rent for 5 nights only, from the 19th to 24th Jan at a price of 1100chf. For week commencing 16th Feb, the apartment is available to rent for 3 nights only, from the 16th to 19th Feb at a price of 900chf
