Baan Leelavadee is a privately owned villa managed by the Samran Gardens team. It is available for rental on a self catering basis, to allow individuals and families who do not want the restrictions of hotel living, and wish to have greater space, more peaceful and more private surroundings, and more flexible catering arrangements, either eating in local restaurants, or arranging their own food in the villa. The house will be set up on arrival and bed linen and cleaning will be provided every 4th/5th day. Two full sets of towels will be provided, with dirty ones being taken away at the same time as the cleaning and replaced on the next clean.The accommodation consists of a spacious open plan living/dining /kitchen, comfortably furnished, with modern furniture, and boasts a large eight seat dining table together with an up to date fitted kitchen with all appliances, and granite work tops, and a spacious breakfast bar. There is a 42” home cinema style television with DVD and CD player, and satellite television system, providing a number of European and other channels. An alcove from the living room is equipped with a desk and two easy chairs , providing an ideal environment for using the internet. Wifi internet access is also provided. There is a range of comfortable seating inside, and sun loungers, and the terrace surrounding the pool, which leads directly off the living area and master bedroom , is equipped with sun loungers and an additional table and chairs for alfresco dining. There are three bedrooms, with the master boasting a stunning walk in dressing room, and en suite bathroom which contains an outside, Balinese style, shower. The second bedroom also contains a king size double bed, while the third is equipped with twin beds. Between the second and third bedroom is an extra large shower room with walk in shower.All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The gardens are fully stocked, to provide space and privacy, and a feeling of tranquility – a perfect backdrop for a sundowner at the end of the day.

Koh Samui is in the Gulf of Thailand, about 35 km northeast of Surat Thani town (9°N, 100°E). It is the most significant island in the archipelago. The island measures some 25 km at its widest point. To the north are the populated resort islands of Koh Phangan, Koh Tao, and Koh Nang Yuan.
Close to Bangrak in NE Samui is the small uninhabited island of Koh Som, and to the northeast of Chaweng is the tiny Ko Matlang. In the southern direction are Ko Taen, Ko Matsum each of which have very small tourist facilities. To the far west are 44 other islands which together compose the National Marine Park which is accessible by a day-trip boat tour from Koh Samui.
Maenam runs along a 7 km stretch of the ring road and is fondly regarded as one of the most sort after locations for guests seeking a more relaxed and local island feel.
The villa is situated approx. 2.3 km's away from the village of Maenam and its beaches and restaurants on the North Coast of Koh Samui, only 20 - 30 minutes from the boutique airport in Koh Samui.

Maenam Beach, located at the end of the street after passing through the China Town arches does not have the mass influx of tourists each day hence it is popular with couples and families seeking something a little more relaxed.
For Spa treatments, there is an abundance of options, from the simple beach massage and pedicure services to the very finest in self indulgence, you can also have a private massage treatment in the privacy of your own villa, conducted by a fully qualified masseuse, just make a request with our office a day or 2 before.
The main centre of Chaweng with its large supermarkets is around 20 minutes by car.
Golfing at its best
Located less than 10 minutes drive away from the villa is the renowned and challenging 18 hole Santi Buri Championship Golf Course and Country Club enjoying spectacular sea views of the island from its unique viewpoint.
Access to the neighbouring islands
A number of piers are situated in this area running regular services to Koh Phangnan and Koh Tao. Water sports on this beach are popular thanks to the windy shore, why not try your hand at kite-surfing or windsurfing?
