The property was wonderful. Great size, had all the amenities you could want; the sky tv and wifi were very handy! The gas BBQ was brilliant, very easy to use. The outdoor space was very good, plenty of comfy sunbeds. The property was perfectly located to watch the sun setting over the sea, from the balcony at the back of the house. Very beautiful. The location was exactly what we wanted – very quiet, not much around apart from a couple of restaurants but Coral Bay could be easily reached by bus within about 20 minutes, for supermarkets, etc… The Phillipos supermarket in Coral Bay will give you a free ride home with your shopping, which was very handy! The Sunset restaurant about 200 yards from the Villa is recommended. Good food and reasonably priced. Agent very helpful, always replied to emails. Robin who visited the villa while we were there was very helpful too. We hope to return soon, it's one of the few places where you can guarantee the weather!

Fantastic wonderful villa. Great location and very peaceful. We had some great meals at the Sunset restaurant which was less than 5 mins walk away, a great BBQ lunch at the Last Castle, lovely sunset drinks at Oniro's and Yialos. Excellent service with all queries answered promptly. Robin was very helpful

The property was found to be in perfect working order, very clean and also well located for our family needs. As mentioned above the location turned out to very good indeed for all the adult - family members. We can recommend most of all the Restaurants on the Coral Bay strip. Very satisfied indeed with your service. Nice to experience a Company who are clearly working very hard during this difficult time. completely satisfied with the Local - Manager also.
Birthplace of Aphrodite and in Roman times the capital of Cyprus, Paphos is one of the most beautiful and ancient towns of Cyprus and is situated on the southwest coast. Sheltered from the north by the Troodos Mountains, it has the healthiest climate in the Mediterranean. Paphos Harbour with its ancient castle, marine and water sports centres, is lined with colourful restaurants serving fresh fish and marine delicacies. Nearby are archaeological sites, rich with antiquities, providing an interest away from the usual - in fact UNESCO has included Paphos on it's World Cultural Heritage List.
There are no private beaches on the island and Cyprus boasts dozens of European Blue Flag awards. The secluded sandy beaches are perfect for snorkelling and every watersport you can imagine.
In walking distance of the villa are around 6 traditional tavernas serving BBQ'd meat and local dishes of the highest quality. You are only a 5-7 minute drive from Coral Bay, Peyia village and 20 minutes into Paphos town. Easy access can be gained to the beautifully traditional village of Kathikas and you can also easily reach Polis and Latchi on the other side.
As previously mentioned, the beach and coastline can be walked to (going past some very nice and upmarket gated villas may We add) in under 10 minutes with a choice of routes and areas of coastline to enjoy. Agios Georgios has a renowned fish taverna where fresh fish is brought from fishing vessels that are stationed in the picturesque harbour situated directly below.
The monastery at Agios Georgios is beautifully architectured and is always a draw for visitors to the area.
If you want to get out and explore some fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas, Polis, Latchi or even Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations. Troodos is of course the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski! It may well be the perfect location for a vacation retreat.
