Résidence Villa 3 is beautiful, 2/3 bedroomed duplex apartment (including an open mezzanine bedroom) on the top two floors of a traditional Chamonix building. The lower floor comprises an open plan living and dining area with a double sofabed, a fully equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom, a luxury shower room with toilet and a second full bathroom. On the upper level there is a further twin bedroom and a single open mezzanine room. (The beds in each beadroom can be pushed together if required). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to make self-catering easy. There is no lift in the building and a walk up three levels of stairs is required to reach the front door of the apartment.

The Haute-Savoie is one of the premier outdoor destinations in Europe.Chamonix has been welcoming travellers and adventurers for over two and a half centuries and can be truly described as an outdoor enthusiast's paradise. The mountain scenery overlooks the town from all angles including the highest mountain of all - Mont-Blanc.
Skiing and Snowboarding: Chamonix is one of the world's most famous ski areas, having hosted the first Winter Olympics in 1924. Skiers and snowboarders of all levels are well-served in a variety of differing areas around Chamonix, including Brevent, Flegere, the famous Grands Montets and Domaine du Balme. The Mont Blanc pass also covers nearby areas including Les Houches, St Gervais, Megeve, Courmayeur and Les Contamines, all within an easy drive. Slightly further afield, but within an hour's drive are Verbier, La Thuile, Flaine and Les Carroz. Despite its reputation as an area for experts only, there are plenty of green, blue and red runs to satisfy beginners and intermediates alike. For the more experienced, Chamonix has miles and miles of adventurous off-piste, including the famous Vallee Blanche, an 18km experience from the Aiguille du Midi down to the town.
