The Balearic Islands region

Lluc Alcari is situated 85 metres above sea level and offers spectacular views across the surrounding countryside and the ocean beyond. The tiny hamlet is home to around twenty buildings only, including three traditional defence towers and a pretty chapel. The nearby shingle cove of Es Canyaret can be reached via stone steps that descend past terraces of olive and pine trees, and is famous for its clear water and freshwater fountain.

The vibrant and bohemian village of Deia is just three kilometres away, and is the place to go for good restaurants, traditional tabernas, shaded plazas and classic Mallorquin village life.
