PEN Y GRAIG is a comfortable, spacious C19th farmhouse divided into two Wings (The Front Wing & Back Wings) each sleeping 4 + cot. The Loft B&B barn apartment is available for two adults and in an adjacent outbuilding.

The BACK WING has wonderful sea views is quite self contained, has its own private garden, sunny patio area and entrance and is not overlooked by the other Wing.

Ideal for couples, friends or families on a seaside holiday. Enjoy the many coastal walks, kayaking, bird watching or just relax. 500m to sandy beach, coastal footpath, seafood restaurant, beach cafe and pub.

The Back Wing of Pen y Graig is furnished in keeping with the age and style of the property. All the rooms are large and spacious with original pine cupboards and doors and slate fireplaces. A complimentary basket of logs is provided for the wood burning stove in the living room. The floors are quarry tiled downstairs with a large rug, sofa and two wooden farmhouse chairs by the stove in the living room, a TV, DVD & CD player and dining table and chairs.

A large farmhouse style kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven/grill, fridge and microwave (freezer and tumble dryer are in the porch) Off the kitchen is a utility area with washing machine and belfast sink and a wash room with shower cubical, basin, WC, electric shaver point and overhead blow heater. Towels are available to hire.

Stairs from the living room lead to two comfortable bedrooms both with wonderful sea views. The double bed has a king size duvet. Bed linen is provided at no extra charge. A full size cot is available.

The patio with picnic table, bench and chairs by the front door catches the afternoon and evening sun. There is an enclosed lawned garden and washing line to the rear.

Electric convector heaters are fitted in all the rooms and a charge for the electricity used is made by meter reading at the end of your stay. There is no central heating

Church Bay beach (a blue flag resort) is just 500 metres away. A safe, sandy beach flanked by low rocks with pools and backed by a ridge of large pebbles and boulders. Smaller coves and caves can be easily reached, if you explore.

The Coastal Path runs along the cliffs behind the beach, where it is possible to spot seals, porpoises, choughs and buzzards.

The Lobster Pot Restaurant and Wavecrest Cafe (both with in and outdoor seating) offer a variety of meals or snacks during the summer months.
The Church Bay Inn has a sunny patio with panoramic sea views - serves drinks only.
