Adjoined to our property Bay Tree House, situated on the edge of a small peaceful Broadland village, Woolly View is a ground floor single storey apartment enjoying views of the open countryside and neighbouring animal sanctuary. Ten minutes from the city of Norwich and airport, five minutes from the Norfolk Broads and just a short journey to the coast, we are ideally located for exploring all that the region has to offer.
There is something for everyone, with museums, golf, fishing, shopping, theatre and country walks to name but a few. There are many fine local country pubs, offering excellent food, and we would be pleased to share our knowledge of the area, and recommend places of interest to our guests.
We also welcome up to two well-behaved dogs.
Woolly View is a small ground floor apartment with its own private entrance. This bijou self contained accommodation has twin or kingsize bedroom, depending on the guests preference, cosy lounge with TV and fully equipped kitchen area, shower room, and a small enclosed patio area. Also equipped with hairdryer & alarm clock. Bed linen and towels are provided, and also included are electricity & heating.
We cater for guests wishing to stay on a self-catering basis, and welcome up to two well-behaved dogs, but request that pets are not allowed on the furniture please..
We would ask guests to refrain from smoking within the property, but guests are more than welcome to smoke in the outside areas.

The enclosed small patio area is fenced for safe keeping of dogs and overlooks one of the animal sanctuary paddocks.

Check In time is generally from 4pm, although we will try to cater for individual needs if notified in advance. Check out time is by 10.30am
