Property: the “Villa” apartment is situated in a splendid 18th century mansion, called Le Muricce, with typical Sienese architecture. In the property there are three independent holiday units (Villa, Guest House and Restored Barn ), recently renovated and fully equipped. Each unit has its own entrance and its private terrace with garden furniture. The pool is reserved exclusively for the guests of the three units.

The property is surrounded by a garden-park with oak-trees, linden-trees, cypresses and a terrace full of many mediterranean plants, where one can relax and have a pleasant stay outdoor. The swimming-pool is 6m x12 m and is situated on a paved terrace with pergola, table, chairs, deckchairs and sunbeds. From the terrace there is an beautiful view of hills woods and fields. The estate is situated at an altitude of 350 m above sea level. The climate is usually sunny with a light breeze.

Location: Siena is located just 10 minutes from the house (6 km), the property is located in the charming Chianti region, in a quiet and pleasant area in the countryside. The location is ideal for quickly reach Florence (55 km, 40 minutes), San Gimignano (30 km), Castellina in Chianti (10 km). The nearest village is Quercegrossa (3 km), with bars, restaurants, bank, pharmacy, post office. Thermal baths, horse riding, golf, bike rentals are 15-20 minutes from the house. Beautiful walks in the surrounding area.

Bus: 200 meters from the house, bus stop with two bus lines, one for Siena center and the other to the Siena train station. From Siena, daily bus connections to all the major Tuscan cities and Italian.

The nearest village is Quercegrossa, with 2 supermarkets, two pizzerias and one restaurant, just 3 km from the house. The nearest shopping center is next the Siena train station, 5 km from the house, with the largest supermarket in Siena, the "Coop", and the center "Porta Siena" with shops open also on Sunday.
