Property: the “Villa” apartment is situated in a splendid 18th century mansion, called Le Muricce, with typical Sienese architecture. In the property there are three independent holiday units (Villa, Guest House and Restored Barn ), recently renovated and fully equipped. Each unit has its own entrance and its private terrace with garden furniture. The pool is reserved exclusively for the guests of the three units.
The property is surrounded by a garden-park with oak-trees, linden-trees, cypresses and a terrace full of many mediterranean plants, where one can relax and have a pleasant stay outdoor. The swimming-pool is 6m x12 m and is situated on a paved terrace with pergola, table, chairs, deckchairs and sunbeds. From the terrace there is an beautiful view of hills woods and fields. The estate is situated at an altitude of 350 m above sea level. The climate is usually sunny with a light breeze.
