It is approximately half an hour's drive from both Burgas airport and the busy tourist resort of Sunny Beach. If you require luxury accommodation with all mod-cons and a vibrant night life, then this is not for you however, if you just want to get away from it all, chill out and relax, sunning yourself by your own private pool then this could be the ideal destination.

The original house has been split into two separate self-contained apartments, with the first floor being used for holiday lets. The ground floor apartment is for personal use only and will be vacant for the entire duration of the first floor apartment being occupied. Access is via an external staircase which leads to the upper accommodation, comprising of a large double bedroom, a single bedroom a fully tiled wet-room and a combined kitchen/dining/living area, furnished with a bed-settee which provides additional sleeping facilities.
The kitchen section of the combined living area offers a basic work area with storage, worktop and a fridge-freezer. Cooking facilities include a 2 ring hotplate and a microwave oven. This floor also accommodates a fully tiled wet room. Both bedrooms and the living area are equipped with electric fans and all bed linens are provided, as are beach towels. A mini CD system, DVD player with monitor and iPod docking stations are also present and provided for your enjoyment along with a selection of CDs, DVDs, books and board games.

The upstairs accommodation benefits from a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and affords views to the Black Sea, on a clear day! The pool is for the sole use of Villa Eden guests, it has a paved surround and a large terraced area where parasols, sun loungers, deck chairs and tables are provided.
To the side of the property is a large covered BBQ and entertainments area, furnished with a dining table and seating for up to six, this area is fitted with an electricity and water supply, a large stone sink with small food prep area, a larder fridge and a small electric 'George Foreman' type grill.
The mature, landscaped gardens are mainly laid to lawn, with flower beds, fruit trees and other shrubbery, affording some pleasant shaded areas with garden benches and hammocks provided for guests relaxation.
The private pool is well maintained and is for the sole use of guests of Villa Eden, the property is split into two separate apartments and guests staying in the first floor apartment have full, private and sole use of the entire grounds, pool and other facilities on offer. Rest assured that the ground floor apartment will be vacant and not in use when the first floor apartment is occupied by guests.
Please be aware that the villa has no land-line, internet connection or TV however, a DVD player and monitor along with a CD player and iPod docking stations are provided for your use and enjoyment. The property is situated on the main road through the village which makes for easy access, it is surrounded by fencing and walls and is quite private. Car hire is recommended, especially for longer stays and car parking would be outside the main property on the road.
Our Property Manager lives nearby and is usually on-hand to deal with any problems that may arise, he will require access to the property in order to maintain the pool, which will be done by prior arrangement with prospective guests.
The village itself, benefits from a small shop which provides basic supplies, and a couple of local bars and eateries however, being local they do not serve gourmet meals but nor do they charge gourmet prices and one can get a basic meal of chicken and chips with a side of Shopska salad and a couple of drinks for an extremely reasonable price.
The tourist resort of 'Sunny Beach' is approximately thirty minutes drive away where one will find a plethora of restaurants, cafes, pubs, clubs and souvenir shops to enjoy.
The ancient town of ‘Nesebar’ is a National Heritage Site, another short drive away and definitely worth a visit.
Hidden away near the East Balkan Mountains in the Burgas Municipality of Bulgaria is the peaceful village of Bryastovets. This tiny village is a hidden gem to most tourists and remains unaffected by mass tourism, making it the perfect place to rent a holiday villa for some quality relaxation time.
The rural village of 'Bryastovets' is set amongst the 'Stara Planina' hills and surrounded by countryside.
There is a weekly 'Gypsy Market' held at nearby 'Kableshkova' every Thursday.
