Xanadu is a handsome 19th Century, newly refurbished cottage in the heart of the Conservation Area in the vibrant but quaint seaside town of Deal.
Moments from the High Street and seafront, it is the perfect place to enjoy a holiday by the sea.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 brand new bathrooms (one en-suite). There is a separate dining and living room with a wood burning stove. The kitchen is well equipped with all new appliances. All rooms are freshly decorated and bright! To the rear there is a small private courtyard, perfect for a glass of wine on a sunny evening!
There is so much to do in and around Deal. The High Street was voted High Street of the year 2014 with many independent shops, pubs and coffee shops. Deal is perfectly located for golfers and there are miles of walking and bike paths. It is also close to Dover for days out to the continent and to the amazing Dover Castle. The Cathedral City of Canterbury is well worth a visit too.

The cottage is in the heart of the Middle Street Conservation Area (the first Conservation Area in Kent, awarded in 1968), yards from the shingle beach and the High Street which has been voted High Street of the Year 2014. Explore the quaint streets lined with unique fisherman's cottages and relax in the many characterful hostelries....Deal offers miles of coastal paths, ideal for walking, running and cycling. Other leisure and pleasure activities include the nearby excellent golf clubs, fishing, the Astor Theatre and the local museums. Deal, Walmer and Dover castles are all well worth visiting. And don't miss a day exploring the cathedral city of Canterbury.
