The 20.m swimming pool has a large patio area around and furnished with lilos and umbarellas. The pool is approximately 1.0m at the shallow end and 2.0m at the deep end. There is a separate shallow area for toddlers and smaller children. It has a private gated access.
A non-refundable deposit of £200 per week is required at the time of booking. The balance to be paid no less than 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Please contact the owner to discuss the booking procedure and for conditions.
Outside the high season, we are happy to try to accommodate midweek arrivals/departure - this can often be more cost effective if you are booking your flights with budget airlines.
If required, arrangements can be made with the adjoining owner to book both similar properties simultaneously for up to 12 persons - this is very popular with families and friends.
In addition, there are local taxi companies that can arrange to pick up/drop off both to/from Palma airport - we suggest you try the price comparison websites to get the best deals on car hire. It is recommended you arrange car hire as soon as possible after booking your holiday.
Mallorca has excellent weather from late March to early November. There are numerous places of interest whether it be in the bustling city of Palma with its chic cafes and wonderful Cathedral or the more tranquil parts of the island. There are numerous examples of unspoilt villages and coves around the coast.
Betlem is a small quiet village with 2 local bars/restaurants which serve excellent cuisine. The sea is a 2 minute walk away with a secluded beach overlooked by one of the bars.
The nearest golf course is located approximately 15 minutes away at Capdepera. In addition, there are 5 other courses within 20-30 minutes away.
The next nearest town is Colonia de St. Pere (3km) which has numerous family orientated cafe/bars. A magnificent promenade which leads to the new marina. There are a number of shops and banks.
The next large town is the historic setting of Arta (9km) with its hilltop church and fortress which can be seen for miles.
Other places of interest within easy access are the magnificent beaches of Alcudia Bay, Cala Ratjada, Porto Cristo and the Caves of Drach.
