VILLA IS FRONT ROW (no buildings between villa and the Med.)

Apollo Beach Villa is ideal for that special stylish holiday. It is only 5 yrs old and is a modern, luxurious, spacious, 5 bedroom home, with the Mediterranean only 20 metres from the bottom of the garden, ideal for plunging into the clear, cooling blue waters of the sea.

It is suitable for all types of holidays, from lazy sun bathing around the pool listening to the crescendo of the waves, or indulging in some water sports. Since you are right on the Med, why not hire a boat or jet ski from the local water sport companies or try scuba diving or perhaps some sailing or fishing. The villa is also great for Al Fresco dining with a large purpose built BBQ by the pool.

There are also tennis courts nearby and 4 Championship Golf Courses within a 30 min drive. The coastal path passes at the bottom of the garden and is ideal for exploring (in either direction) the many coves and small beaches.

The villa is part of an exclusive sea front development which provides fantastic sea views and stunning sunsets, with the convenience of being located only minutes from Paphos with its many international cuisine restaurants, chic bars, café's, nightclubs, shopping centres and picturesque Harbour.

The Paphos District

The beautifuk country of Cyprus plays host to a million British visitors every year. What attracts them are classic Mediterranean features, superb beaches, wonderful weather, plenty of historical and cultural interest, beautiful mountain scenery and villages, plus something extra. In this country sits sun-drenched under clear blue skies for 340 days a year, while people are amongst the friendliest and most welcoming you will find on earth – perhaps due to the fact that so many civilisations have called Cyprus home. English is widely spoken throughout the island. Driving is on the same side as us – on the left, currency is the Euro, and electricity is again the same as the UK - 240v and 3-pin plugs. The area of Paphos (Pafos), known as the 'Playground of the Gods' and is the capital of the west and is teeming with history. Paphos has an interesting rural architecture, a very attractive and picturesque landscape, as well as tracts of unspoilt natural areas. Its cultural treasures are almost unique, while its archaeological sites and historic monuments are fascinating to discover. Paphos is the gateway to the peninsula of Arkamas, a natural wilderness of incredible beauty with breathtaking gorges, spectacular coastlines and enjoyable nature trails.
