Having been recently renovated to a high standard, the house benefits from charming period features, whilst modern Scandinavian decor and contemporary furniture creates a harmonious and homely feel. The house also benefits from a large private roof terrace.

This self-catering accommodation sleeps up to 4 guests, with 2 double bedrooms and benefiting from Vi-Spring mattresses and goose down duvets to ensure the very best night's sleep. The modern bathroom is fitted with a powerful shower and is supplied with the finest cotton towels and luxury toiletries. The large fully fitted kitchen is designed with the cook in mind and the modern open plan lounge equipped with log burner and some of Hillside's finest artworks provides comfort and the perfect place to unwind.

We do have a child age policy of 12+ and no pets.

30PS is down town Ventnor which is the most southerly and quirkiest town on the island.

The area enjoys a micro-climate with some of the highest sunshine records encouraging lush vegetation and varied wildlife with a Mediterranean flavour.
