It is situated on the top floor. It has two terraces one looking to the pool and other one to Santa Eulalia del Rio. The complex has very well kept gardens and 2 pools..The complex Los Rosales is located in Siesta , a small, self contained holiday village near to Santa Eulalia. Siesta is a very peaceful area that offers beautiful panoramic views over Santa Eulalia del Rio. The area also features wonderful gardens, some lovely restaurants and the beach is only a short walk away. A greater range of shops, restaurants and pastime facilities are only minutes away in Sta. Eulalia town, the golf course is nearby and Ibiza town can be reached in a 10 to 15 minute drive
The island is not just known for its party scenes, as large portions of the island are registered as U.N. World Heritage Sites, and thus devoid of the commercialisation of the main cities; for example, "God's Finger" in the Benirràs Bay, or more traditional Ibicenco cultural sites.
Because of its purported natural beauty, companies and artists alike frequently use the island for photographic and film shoots. A monument ("The Egg") erected in honour of Christopher Columbus can be found in Sant Antoní: Ibiza is one of several places purporting to be his birthplace.
Spectacular sites can be seen from all over the island and this includes the wonderous Es Vedra which is the 3rd most magnetic point on earth, behind the North Pole and The Bermuda Triangle.
The climate of Ibiza is Mediterranean and has milder winters and slightly cooler summers than Mallorca. The winters are mild with temperatures around 15° Celsius (60° Fahrenheit) and some rain. The hot summer season lasts from June to September inclusive with temperatures regularly reaching 30°C (85°F), lots of sunshine and very little rain. Frost and snow are very rare.
The resort of Santa Eulalia itself provides everything a holidaymaker might need right on the doorstep - sports facilities, shopping, eating, boating and excursions on the mini 'train' - but it is also a wonderful base camp for the more adventurous. A hire car can whisk visitors the length and breadth of the island in almost no time at all, with a chance to see its hidden corners, sandy coves, pine clad hills and pretty villages.
In Siesta you can find good restaurants like SIesta Grill; it is a nice place to taste a BBQ sitting outside. Resturant Sa Finca's speciality is meat of stag, board....
There is in Siesta the new and nice spa in Hotel Fenicia where you can enjoy total relaxation!!! Good prices and offers can be found here.
Less than 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment , crossing the bridge on the riverside, there is a nice bar, restaurant and lounge called Mariners. There is live music every night and a children's park. This place has a great atmosphere and offers fantastic food.
Within Santa Eulalia is the very famous Restaurant Street, where a lot of restaurants all together with big terraces outside can be found.
Everyday on the promenade (except sundays) there is a nice handy crafts market.
From Santa Eulalia you can get the boats to Ibiza, Es Cana, Cala Pada and Formentera daily from May to October. Buses and Taxis available 24 hours.
