This is an area of great natural beauty with stunning cliffs, beaches and coast, as well as good restaurants and pubs.. though the anglers among you may just want to catch your own supper.
Two great pubs in the village - The Mexico Inn and Mounts View Hotel. The village store is directly beneath you, there is also a Post office just over the road and Tesco, Morrisons and Sainsbury are within two miles.
The Station pub in Marazion is only 10 minutes walk up the beach path.
Nearby Mousehole is an unspoilt very pretty village and has a small harbour with sandy beaches ideal for children. Small cobbled streets and hidden lanes lead to art galleries and several highly rated restaurants - perfect for a relaxing holiday. One of Mousehole's longest standing traditions is the Mousehole Lights, 'switch on' is the 17th Dec and includes a Carolaire service by local choirs and the Pendeen Silver Band.
Historic Penzance is a two mile stroll along the same path in the opposite direction at the end of the train line, and only 9 miles from Land's End.
