Rennie House is a splendid seven bedroom, Georgian town house, a level stroll along Georgian pavements to the centre of the historic city of Bath and all its major attractions. The interior has been sympathetically refurbished with a perfect mix of contemporary style and period charm. The gracious rooms, set over 5 floors, each have their own distinctive character, Farrow and Ball colours are the relaxing backdrop to comfy big sofas, fabulous furnishing fabrics and original vintage furniture.

The fabulous dining room and kitchen are at the heart of the house. Mellow Bath stone walls, wood panelling and a black Victorian cooking range are the setting for a huge handmade oak dining table seating 14. The functional, funky black wood kitchen with cream tiles and red accessories has a large range cooker, American style fridge and two dishwashers. Whether whipping up a snack or preparing a banquet, cooking here is a delight. Relax over breakfast in the sunny, south facing dining room with views over golden stone buildings to the green hills. The back door leads up steep stone steps to a pretty courtyard garden ideal for summer drinks and BBQ's.

There are seven individually decorated bedrooms spread over three floors, sleeping 14. Four have twin, pocket sprung 3ft wide beds which can be zipped together to make luxurious 6ft super kings. One of these bedrooms has a pretty 3ft wide single day bed as well as twin/super king beds, offering flexible accommodation for families or groups of friends. There are two additional single bedrooms with 3ft wide beds.

The south facing sitting room has three tall sash windows with delightful far reaching views over the town to the green hills beyond. The restful colour scheme and big sofas make this room an ideal sanctuary after a hard day sightseeing or shopping.

There are three beautiful bathrooms. Two are spacious rooms with double-ended baths and large walk in showers and WCs. The third is a small but beautiful wet room with WC. No bedroom is more than a short flight of stairs from a bathroom and most have bathrooms on the same floor. The house has a newly installed fire alarm system with alarms on every floor and detectors in every room for total security.
