This 3-bedroom bungalow, recently redecorated, was built with the aim of getting the most pleasure out of fantastic views. Large windows in the lounge and main bedrooms, a covered veranda, landscaped paths meandering in mature gardens full of citrus trees, all looking out onto the bay of Cannes, create an atmosphere of relaxation, dangerously leaning towards laziness.

You may end up spending hours just marvelling at the scenery. Yet within 15 minutes you can walk down to the beginning of Rue d'Antibes and the Croisette where the celebrities hang out. All around the house a maze of twisty roads go up and down the hills of Cannes going past spectacular houses and properties as seen in the movies.

Further details outdoors

The entrance to the property is a large cast-iron gate that can be locked at nights for extra security. Inside the gate is a parking pool for 2 cars. The main feature of the property is undoubtedly the garden with lemon and mandarin trees, palm trees and other mature trees.

Pretty landscaped paths encourage you to take walks round the garden.

A covered veranda to the side of the house with old-fashioned white-painted wicker armchairs is the best spot to sit and enjoy the spectacular, unparalleled view of Cannes.

The French Riviera - Cote d'Azur region

Perhaps the most prestigious and well-known holiday area for the last couple of centuries of the whole of Europe. The coast is better known as the "Riviera" and spans all the way from St Tropez to the West to past Porto Fino in Italy to the East.

In between the city of Nice and the Principality of Monaco add their own glamour to the area. This is the Mediterranean so you know the sea is blue the climate is warm and the food is wonderful. Last but not least the scenery is breath-taking at all seasons.

Best known for its Film Festival and for the celebrities that walk up and down La Croisette (Cannes sandy beach sea front). Cannes has a lot more to offer. Rue d' Antibes that runs practically parallel to La Croisette is one of the most fashionable shopping streets in Europe.

Cannes casinos are only just second to Monaco in terms of familiarity. Most importantly, Cannes is the perfect launching pad for exploring the interior of the Alpes-Maritimes, where road trips, bicycle rides and walks taking in castles, villages, canyons, rivers, mountains and generally discovering the countryside is a pastime that requires repeated visits to the area before one can claim justice is done.
