In the centre of Beer just off the main street.


Entrance into the lounge/dining room. A completely renovated room with feature stone walls, window seat, double glazed windows, ceramic tiled flooring throughout and log burner. With sofas and seating for six. Dining table and chairs for six. TV and DVD player. This room is still being renovated/furnished so please check back for updates on other furnishings.

Through into kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric double oven, ceramic hob and microwave. Ceramic tiled flooring. Again this area is still being furnished, so please check back with us.

Rear door leading to courtyard.

Upstairs to: Good sized Master bedroom with king size bed, dresser and wardrobe. Double glazed window.

Bedroom 2 with double bed and wardrobe. Double glazed.

A further bathroom with bath and shower attachment, WC and washbasin.

Passageway to bedroom 3 with twin beds, small wardrobe and chest of drawers ? an ideal hideaway for the children! This room is built into the eaves and so has a sloping wall/ceiling.


Courtyard area. Access from kitchen or side gate leading to Fore Street. Covered area with seating and outbuilding containing washing machine and tumble dryer and plenty of storage. Please note that, in common with many cottages in Beer, there is a right of way across this area for the owners of the cottage next door


Central heating. Gas and electricity included in the rental. Bed linen/towels not included but can be hired.
