This superb semi-detached residence is set within a quiet cul-de-sac less than a five minute walk from the West Strand beach; a beach which continues to receive the European Blue Flag for quality. It is ideally situated, close to Royal Portrush Golf Club, acclaimed wine bars, restaurants and the famous Barry's Amusements.

Reservations will not be accepted from either stag/hen, clubbers or party groups.

Accommodation is suitable for six adults and two children. It comprises of a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, fully equipped with Jacuzzi sanitary ware. A further double bedroom is situated on the ground floor, providing sleeping accommodation for those perfect babysitters – grandparents! There is a wet room on the ground floor, ideal for showering after a day on the beach. There are a further two bedrooms, one with adult –sized bunk beds and the other with twin beds.

Fairmount Coast Lodge also offers spectacular panoramic sea views from its upper level viewing lounge complete with bathroom and kitchen facilities. There is a sunny enclosed garden with patio furniture and a gas barbeque for seasonal outside dining. French doors give access to this private paved area. There is private off road parking for two cars and a secure garage for storing golf clubs, diving gear and surf boards.
