A most excellent spacious apartment with lovely sea views situated on the whole of the first floor of large well maintained Victorian coastal house opposite and overlooking pretty gardens, bowling green and tennis courts.

Just a 2 minute walk to the seafront and spectacular mile long beach. Shops, inns and restaurants of this small friendly town are all conveniently close to hand.

Seaton - Gateway to the Jurassic Coast

Pretty, friendly, traditional seaside town, the first in East Devon from Dorset, situated at the mouth of the River Axe overlooking the spectacular Lyme Bay. Bright, relaxed and uncommercialized resort with mixture of Victorian and Edwardian architecture and pedestrianised town centre.

Superb mile long pebble beach with promenade with rock pools at Seaton Hole on the western end.

Unique scenic walks along the South West Coastal path to Lyme Regis by the famous Landslip and over the cliffs to Beer.

The Jubilee and Seafield Gardens with Cactus house, children's playground, putting green and tennis courts are ideal places to visit. Aslo, worth a visit is the award winning Seaton Labyrinth, a 60ft diameter spiral walk, made from seven types of stone from the World Heritage Coast.

Open top tram travels by the beautiful River Axe Valley, the Nature Reserve for wildlife enthusiasts - a bird lovers paradise to nearby Colyford and Colyton.
