The rest of the cottage is made up of a fitted kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with beams and a shared utility room. Outside there is shared grounds with pond and off road parking for one car. Hunters Lodge is one of four apartments on site and is an ideal base for exploring the area.

East Anstey is a village set in stunning countryside. Just four miles away is the market town of Dulverton. Within the town is the River Barle, which flows under a Grade I listed, 3000 year old clapper bridge. Also on offer in the town are medieval streets, restaurants, pubs, gift shops and tea rooms. Further afield are the breathtaking Exmoor National Park, excellent beaches and the lovely villages of Lynton and Lynmouth.
