This 3 bedroom villa is located in Ayia Thekla, a quiet village popular with Expats, a few minutes away from the world famous tourist and clubbing resort of Ayia Napa. The property has a very homely feel and is decorated vibrantly with tasteful white furnishings throughout. Downstairs, there are large white sofas with a plasma TV, DVD player and satellite TV channels for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including a large fridge-freezer, washing machine and oven with hob. There is also a stylish dining table for family meals and a downstairs toilet for your convenience. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, including 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. All bedrooms are generous in size and the 2 double bedrooms have the added bonus of both having balconies to enjoy the views the locality has to offer.

Outside, there is a beautiful 8m by 4m crystal clear pool with several sun loungers so you and your family can enjoy yourself in the Cypriot sunshine in privacy. The gas BBQ provides you with the opportunity to prepare delicious BBQ meals for your family or able to invite friends to your villa for a traditional Cypriot BBQ. This is definitely a property to go for if you want to be close to all forms of entertainment and necessity for your holiday but without having to endure any of the inconveniences associated with it.

Ayia Thekla is named after a 1st century saint and is a beautiful quiet village that is becoming more popular by the year. There is a picturesque beach with a small island about a hundred yards offshore and calm shallows for the kids to play in the surf. The beach is mainly frequented by locals, which means you can enjoy your time at the beach with a bit of space with the option of visiting a busier beach with the option of the world famous Nissi beach, only a few minutes’ drive up the coast in Ayia Napa.

More recently, Ayia Thekla is known for being home to the largest water park in Europe in the form of Waterworld, just one mile east of the village. With a definite Greek Mythology theme running through all its slides and pools, Waterworld is hugely popular with both locals and tourists during the summer season.

Just a 5 minute drive away is the lively resort of Ayia Napa, famous for its club scene and a paradise for the young (a resort that never sleeps). The area boasts probably the largest water park in Europe and is well worth a day out. Nissi beach is one of the finest beaches you will find with its golden sand and safe shallow crystal clear waters. For the more energetic water sports are available including boat hire.

Ayia Napa boasts many shops, bars and restaurants with menus to suit all tastes. There are numerous bars with sky sports, nightly entertainment and children are welcome in most. It's a great destination with something for everyone and a wonderful warm climate over 340 days of the year.

The villa has air conditioning throughout (for heating or cooling) and a safe is provided for your valuables. This is all included in the rental price. We can supply baby packages or put up beds for a small charge on request.
