The house will offer you peace in a restful setting complete with soothing sunsets, shells and birds galore!
Very clean house with pebble, glass, Marble and Travertine finishes. Bathroom is made with Travertine & pebble and is a true beauty. Patio and sitting porch equipped with a BBQ.
Awesome restaurants like the Seahorse, Hurricane, The Sunset Grille, BlackPalm and SuOtto are just a few walking blocks away and Shaners gourmet deli is even part of the beach scene, which is perfect place for groceries, BBQ items or a quick snack.
Brand-New Queen sized bed with plenty of storage and a brand new full sleeper couch. (house is recommended for 2 people but more are certainly welcome).

There are no buildings (except for the beach concession) located right on the beach. Gulf Way is the street that runs along the entire length of Pass-A-Grille. It separates the beach from the homes. There are no large hotels as this is a designated National historic district. many of the homes located in PAG are original beach bungalow houses. Each street has only 5 houses on each side of the street. Wooden dune walkovers provide access to the long sandy beach. Each walkover ha a spray spigot to wash off your feet. Once on the beach, you will find a wide sandy beach stretching a long distance in both directions. You can walk south the rock jetty on Pass-A-Grille Pass or north toward the Don Cesar, for as long as you want.
Pass-A-Grille, the southernmost end of St Pete Beach, also referred to as St Pete's Beach- is a town that is part of the National Historic Registry known for its quaint, laid back atmosphere where you can walk everywhere that you need to go: the beach, boutiques, deli market, ice cream shop, outdoor art market, restaurants, tennis courts and fishing piers. In Pass-A-Grille you separate yourself from daily stresses because you are in paradise.
