A great location if you would like a quiet, romantic week away from the crowds, yet close to the coast path, quiet country pubs serving good food and excellent sandy beaches, many of which are suitable for surfing. There is a good bus service, passing close by, which serves the needs of coast path walkers adequately. The Granary is a cosy traditional Cornish granite single storey cottage converted from a farm building. It sits in the rural hamlet of Trebehor amongst other similarly built properties, only 2 or 3 miles from the superb surfing beach at Sennen Cove and the more intimate beaches of Porthcurno, Lamorna and many more. A similar distance gets you onto the South West Coastal Path from several access points. Major attractions are very close at Lands End, the open air theatre at Minack, St Michaels Mount at Marazion, Mousehole fishing village, and the many interests at St Ives. The Telegraph Museum at Porthcurno will also appeal to all with an interest in the development of Communications.
The cottage is grade 2 listed and is beautifully furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped including a family sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and has a dining area with table and 4 chairs, the bedroom has a Super King Size bed which can be made up as singles, the sitting room is large with a 3 seater Sofa Bed and armchair and the bathroom has a bath an electric power shower and heated towel rail.
The property is heated by electric storage heaters and a woodburning stove.
Outside is a BBQ and seating area surrounded by raised flower beds and there is ample space for a car.

West Cornwall has some world famous beaches for water-sports including surfing and also many much smaller even tiny coves sprinkled along the rugged rocky coastline. Images from the South West Coast Path particularly will remain for a lifetime.
There are attractions for every one, popular and busy ones for families, like Lands End, St Michaels Mount Flambards at Helston, St Ives and there are quiet secluded spots for a more relaxed holiday.
The Granary is inland and central to all of the attractions mentioned, none are further than 10 miles away. It is still an agricultural/horticultural area. This is where the early daffodils, potatoes and brassica come from, so its warmer in winter and cooler in summer.
