1. BOOKINGA deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid. If the booking takes place 30 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid. No contract with us will exist until we have received this amount and the booking form duly signed and have consequently confirmed your booking. Should you later cancel, cancellation charges will become payable in accordance with paragraph 3.2. PAYMENT OF THE BALANCEThe balance of the payment must be paid at least eight 30 daysbefore your arrival. If the balance is not received by us by the duedate, we shall be entitled to cancel the booking without prejudice toour claim for cancellation charges and to retain the deposit. Forbookings made within 30 days of your arrival date, you will be requiredto pay the full amount of your holiday at the time of booking.3. CANCELLATION BY GUESTSIt is agreed between us that should you wish to cancel all or any partof your booking, or that the booking is canceled by us due tonon-payment, te shall be entitled to the following percentage ofthe amount. 30 days or more before arrival = 30 % (non-refundabledeposit) 29 days before arrival = 100% (deposit & balance) Allcancellations requests must be sent to us in writing and signed by thesignatory of the booking form. Security deposit will be fullyrefunded.4. CANCELLATION OR ALTERATIONS BY OWNERAlthough it is unlikely that we will have to make any changes toconfirmed arrangements, it could occasionally happen, and we willadvise you at the earliest possible date. If for any reason beyond ourcontrol we are unable to provide you with the property you havebooked, we reserve the right to transfer you to a similar or betterproperty. However, if this is not possible or you do not wish to betransferred, we will cancel the booking and refund the amount paid tous for the property, but we will not be liable for any cancellationcharges for travel arrangements.5. NUMBER OF GUESTSOnly those persons stipulated on the booking form may use theproperty. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum numberindicated in the booking form. Should the owner find that more thanthe specified number of guests are occupying the property he will beentitled to ask the clients to vacate the property immediately.6. INSURANCEIt is a condition of booking that your party is covered bycomprehensive travel insurance including coverage against tripcancellation and against personal injury. The appropriate coverageshould be purchased at the time of the booking. Please contact yourtravel agent, travel consultant or insurance broker about this. Yoursignature on the booking form confirms that you are covered by suchinsurance.7. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME Check-in time is 2:00 pmCheck-out time is 11:00 am. We cannot guarantee early check-ins orlate check-outs unless confirmed by us in advance.8. SECURITY DEPOSITSA security deposit is 2,000 Euro payable before thebeginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to theproperty or its contents during the term of rental. The deposit can bepaid with the balance of the reservation, or with cash or credit cardat the time of check-in directly to the owner. The amount less anyapplicable claims will be refunded to the guest in the same way it waspaid to the owner. Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest atthe end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity toassess the condition of the property.9. PROPERTY DAMAGEThe guest who signs the booking form is responsible for the correctand decent behavior of his party. Guests are responsible for any lossor damage caused to the property or its contents. Guests are requiredto report any damage to the owner and to bear the cost of repair orreplacement. Should guests behave disrespectfully towards the propertyand its contents, the owner reserves the right to ask all guests tovacate the property immediately.10. ENTERTAINING AT THE PROPERTYParties and other functions involving a large number of invitees arestrictly prohibited unless fully approved by the owner in advance. Inthe event of unauthorized use of the property in such a way, The ownerhas the right to ask all guests to vacate the property immediately andthe security deposit will be fully forfeited until all applicableclaims are fully assessed.11. GUEST INJURY DISCLAIMERWe will not be held responsible for any accident or injuries to guests or their childrenduring their stay under any circumstances.12. CHILDRENChildren are welcome. Please notify us at the time of booking if therewill be any children in your party and their ages.13. PETSPets are generally not accepted however if you want to bring one withyou, please check with us. If accepted, you will be asked for anadditional security deposit.14. SWIMMING POOLThe swimming pool, will be kept clean and operational by the propertystaff. Pool towels for are provided for guests use, however beachtowels are not.15. MAID SERVICEThe property will be cleaned at the beginning of the rental period,before arrival. However, guests should leave the property clean and ingood order at the time of their departure. If the property is not leftin acceptable condition the sum of EUR50 per bedroom will be deductedfrom the security deposit. 18. WATER AND ELECTRICITYPlease note that the property is located on a small island which oftenhas severe problems with drought. Water is a commodity to be usedsparingly during the summer months and service may be disruptedoccasionally. Electricity may also be disrupted, normally for a shortperiod of time. As such we ask for your patience and cannot be heldresponsible for any inconvenience created by events beyond ourcontrol.19. PHOTOGRAPHYPhotographs taken at the property cannot be used or sold for profitwithout the written authorization of the owner.20. VALUABLESValuables left at the property are at the risk of the guest. The ownerand the property staff cannot be held responsible for their loss ormisplacement.
