The entrance to this contemporary family home greets you with a resounding sense of space and light. The open staircase leads to a gallery-style balcony, flooded by light from a window which stretches virtually the full height of the property and at night is lit by a stunning chandelier. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms both of which are en-suite, and offer fantastic views.

The master bedroom has a balcony looking out towards St Michael’s Mount whilst the second bedroom offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. With two more twin bedrooms this property sleeps eight making it ideal for an extended or dual family holiday. There is, of course, an additional family bathroom, with shower, separate bath, basin and WC.

Downstairs discover a spacious living room with French doors opening onto the well-maintained patio and attractively planted garden area. On the opposite side of the hall is a second, large, living room/play area with French doors to a low level balcony. Towards the rear of the property is an enormous open plan kitchen and dining area fitted to an exceptionally high standard, featuring an integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas oven/hob and microwave. The subtle “country” style units are covered with a solid oak worktop which, alongside the modern décor gives this home a quietly rural feel. The kitchen/dining area also has French doors onto the patio and garden, creating the perfect environment for a warm summer evening barbeque at the end of a beautiful day at the beach. Next to the kitchen is a well-equipped utility room with washing machine and spacious airing cupboard, and beyond that is a downstairs WC with wash basin.

This gated property has secure parking for three vehicles and is safe and enclosed for children. It offers a marvellous garden play area with a 12’ trampoline and a wide variety of swings and slides. Trelander House is just a short walk from the child-friendly Coldstreamer pub which sits within the heart of Gulval Churchtown.

Steeped in delightful architecture and enjoying one of the longest promenades in England, Penzance is known for its individuality, breath taking scenery and heritage. There is an abundance of culture and spirit in this area making it an ideal destination for any holidaymaker.


The village location of this property means that you can enjoy the peace and quiet of Gulval Churchtown whilst remaining within an easy 20 minute walk from the historic, seaside town of Penzance which offers something for everyone. Gulval has a post office and limited general store. The local Pub, the Coldstreamer Inn, opposite the church offers an interesting menu based on local produce. Penzance has many shops, bars, pubs and fine restaurants; art galleries, museums and Penzance’s best kept secret the 1920’s seawater lido: Jubilee Pool.

You will be in an ideal spot for touring South West Cornwall with the best of Britain’s beaches, hidden coves and many coastal paths to explore. The quaint seaside town of Marazion which plays host to St Michael’s Mount is a pleasant hour’s walk along the coast, whilst the fishing villages of Mousehole and Newlyn are just a short drive and well worth a visit. Located just 1 mile from Trelander House is a helicopter port where you can experience a day trip to the beautiful Isles of Scilly. Further afield is the must see open-air Minack Theatre nestled upon the edge of the cliff, alternatively, take a trip to St Ives with its golden sandy beaches, restaurants and famous Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth museum or journey to Land’s End the most westerly point of England with its rugged awe inspiring coastline.
