The rental costs include electricity, water, departure clean. A non returnable deposit is required on booking.

The Costa Blanca without a doubt has a huge amount of visitors mainly to take advantage of the sun, the sea and the beaches. Inland there are areas of mountains, sierras, river valleys and natural parks. A huge amount of development has taken place and the economy of the region has undergone sweeping changes. Towns and villages which formerly relied on fishing, agriculture and salt production now rely almost entirely on tourism and related industries and many new jobs have been created, increasing the wealth of the region and its inhabitants.
The main attraction for holidaymakers is of course the wonderful climate, with over 300 days of sunshine each year and very low rainfall, it is the perfect location for a relaxing summer holiday or a well earned winter break. The Costa Blanca has some of the best beaches in Spain and they are usually very well cared for and safe, there are a large number of 'blue flag' beaches and these are normally cleaned every day and will often have life-guards on duty during the busy summer months. The Torrevieja Area / La Florida area
There are numerous bars, shops and restaurants all within a few minutes walk from the apartment. In addition to the communal pool, just a short walk away is the Emerald Isle Bar/Restaurant which also has a large swimming pool. This place is ideal for families.
1minute walk from the apartment is the Abbey Tavern, which has a large beer garden, bouncy castle, entertainment most nights and normally stays open late, Waldermars bar/ restaurant, La Torre bar/restaurant Gama supermarket and many other bars are close by. There is a street market on Saturday mornings in Playa Flamenca. The property is only a few minutes from the new ZENA BOULEVARD shopping mall.
There are many great sandy beaches in this area such as Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cala Capitan, Mil Palmeras and Cabo Roig.There are 3 golf courses just 10 minutes drive away: Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas.
Torrevieja is just North of La Florida and is adjacent to a salt and a natural lake which form the "Salinas de Torrevieja". The marina harbours fishing boats and private yachts.
Torrevieja is a fairly large town with many bars, restaurants, shopping centres, cinemas, theatres, a fun fair, a water park and street markets.
The weather in Torrevieja makes it an ideal location for year round holiday activities. Torrevieja enjoys around 300 days of sunshine per year. Temperatures in July and August can reach 30°C +. April, May, June, September, October and November are more temperate.
