Josephine said: We (family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed in this huge loft in July 2016 and have nothing but good things to say about the space and the area in which it is located. The owners were very helpful in communicating and it was better than we anticipated. It is very large and has all necessary amenities. It is well maintained and clean and gave us everything we needed for a great holiday in New York. It gives you all the space you need with 2 lounge areas and large, well equipped kitchen and separate bedroom areas. It is well located within the Tribeca area and is also on a nice quiet street. Being very close to a number of subway stations (we used Canal Street a lot) it has a number of nice restaurants/supermarkets/shops within the vicinity. It is very easy to walk (15 minute walk) to Ground Zero and 25 minute walk to Battery Park, where we took the Cruise to Liberty and Ellis Island. It is also within walking distance to Greenwich Village and East Village, Chinatown and Little Italy. It is also easy to go uptown via subway. I would recommend this space to anyone and if we go back to NYC we would certainly try to stay here again.
May 10, 2016...Mary said: My husband and I and another couple stayed at this spacious loft for May. We liked that there are two separate living areas plus a huge kitchen. This is a much better value than two tiny hotel rooms. It is on a quiet street, so noise is minimal. There are five different subway lines within a ten minute walk which was a real plus for us. Not many neighborhoods in Manhattan can offer that variety. There are also lots of good restaurants in the area (we ate at Two Hands and Petrarca) as well as Gourmet Garage, an upscale grocery store. Within easy walking distance is the 9/11 Memorial and Little Italy. This was a great stay!

The spaciousness here was such a wonderful surprise. Even bathrooms are large by NYC standards. By far, this was the best overall experience of all. The owner was very prompt and helpful throughout the entire process.
Spacious & Comfortable, April 2016
We chose this loft for my family. We rent often when we travel here or abroad & appreciate honest reviews. it was just as described. The furnishings were in good shape. Everything was clean & in working order with instructions on how to operate most everything, which I appreciate since I am a detail person. Stocked with kitchen essentials & towels, sheets & blankets, so we didn't have to go out and buy paper towels, sugar etc. which is a big plus. The owner was very nice to let us stay well beyond the 10am check-out. it was also very quiet Since we drove, we saved a lot of money by being able to park on the street from 6pm Friday until we left on Sunday. We liked having food shops around the corner; a coffee shop called Baked; and we walked to the Freedom Tower & The Odeon for a delicious dinner. We would definitely consider renting here again.
Hannah said...-Apr-2015 Recommended!Excellent location and very helpful owner. Tribeca was fab for getting a feel for urban Manhattan living, really interesting buildings everywhere and lovely restaurants very close. Metro station literally just up the road, super convenient:) This was spotless and most wonderfully very spacious, a real boon in downtown Manhattan with space at such a premium, we have American friends who visited us who could not believe the space we had! Kitchen also good and well equipped. It's quite quirky, which we liked, probably an ex warehouse? Very high ceilings. Owner was really helpful. we really appreciated the personal touch: In short highly recommended! (PS We do holiday rentals for a business ourselves and are VERY fussy!)
Recent Guest Comment, 06/2014"Huge space, great location!"Our family of four recently stayed here during a trip to NYC. We were initially somewhat wary given that this was our first time, but we couldn't have been happier with the experience! it was clean and exactly as described and pictured. The owners were courteous and we received detailed instructions about everything from the cable box to the washer/dryer, which took all the guess work out. We loved the fact that it had 2 sides to it, which gave our children their own side to sleep on where we wouldn't disturb them at night. The location is great, with lots of restaurants and family friendly activities within walking distance or a short cab ride away. There are many subways in the area, and the west side highway is just a few blocks away. A top notch experience that we would definitely recommend to friends and family!!
Date of Stay...March 13, 2015As 5 old high school friends reuniting in NYC this was an ideal set up for us. Everyone had their own comfortable bed, we had 2 spacious, comfortable living rooms in which to sit and catch up, and 2 full bathrooms for added comfort. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped, and we even had the convenience of a washer and dryer in it. It was nice and quiet at night, and we had free street parking out front for the whole weekend (after 7 on Friday). The location was great - steps from the subway, and great restaurants. Owner was extremely easy to get hold of, and made the process easy. A terrific find!
Review submitted: February 18, 2014 Date of arrival: January 2014(Minneapolis, MN)We had a team of 6 co-workers stay here and we had a GREAT experience! it is in great condition, and the layout was perfect for us to not step on each other's toes. The location is AWESOME -- great options to eat nearby, and a very short walk to the subway. The kitchen was well equipped, and they also provided nice towels and sheets. The owner was right there and the whole process was very easy . We are definitely keeping the info for future visits! Highly recommend. Perfect place for our extended family.
