Chycothan is a stunning 300 year old farmhouse nestled into the countryside above Watergate Bay. It has traditional fireplaces with wood burning stoves. The house has stunning seaviews from the upstairs rooms and from the summerhouse and well-kept garden.

The house is fully equipped for up to 8 people to spend their holiday in comfort and has central heating in every room of the house.

Tregurrian is a small village that sits on the hill above Watergate Bay. Chycothan is one of the oldest properties in the area and once owned all the surrounding land. In the summer months a small shop opens to us all for fresh baked bread and the usual daily requirements.

Chycothan is just a couple of miles from Newquay Airport which boasts daily flights to & from London, Southampton, Leeds and many other destinations.

The pretty village of St Mawgan and the sands of Mawgan Porth beach is also both just a mile away. Newquay and the world famous Fistral Beach is approx. 4 miles away.

We will require a £100 deposit immediately to secure this booking for you, this will be returnable within 7 days of your departure on the basis of us finding no damage whatsoever to the apartment. Final rental payment is due 4 weeks before your arrival.
