Laria Villa is approximately 100 metres from the beach. You can walk along the rugged coastline to the pretty Ayia Thekla Beach or alternatively there are other more well known beaches, such as Nissi, a short drive away.
The villa is enclosed and the trees and shrubs afford extra privacy and colour to this attractive, detached property which has three bedrooms, a pool and on site parking. The property is fully air conditioned.
The lounge/dining and kitchen area are open plan and the whole area is tiled.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with oven, hob and extractor. All work surfaces are granite. There is a large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, juicer and iron. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, glasses etc.
The lounge/dining room is attractively furnished with sofa bed, (4' wide), settee, solid oak dining table and chairs and occasional furniture and accessories in a modern style.

Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, shower and toilet facilities making the property suitable also for occupants with limited mobility. The room has fitted wardrobes and ample storage facilities.
The stairs lead to the upstairs landing and window overlooking the pool. For your convenience, an additional fridge is situated on the first floor landing.
The master bedroom has a sea view and en suite facilities and leads onto the large balcony offering majestic views. There is a second double bedroom on this floor. Each bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and storage.
There is also another opening on the landing leading onto the balcony. The balcony is furnished in attractive outdoor living furniture to make a comfortable dining and sitting area. There are marvellous sea views and the landscape right up to Cape Greko and by night you can take in the lights of Ayia Napa.
The main bathroom is on this floor and offers bath/shower/toilet facilities. A hair-dryer is provided.
The property enjoys front and back patio areas which are well maintained and attractively set out with furnishings and accessories.
The pool and barbecue area is ideal for alfresco dining and enjoying the fine Cyprus weather and in the evening can be lit up. When you tire of sunbathing you can enjoy a refreshing swim and relax in a shaded area to enjoy a cool drink.Sun loungers are provided. The pool area also has the facility of a shower, lighting and a Cypriot barbecue.
