LCD TV with Sky. Downstairs Cloakroom with wash basin and WC.Bedroom Three is a bright room with two single beds, built-in wardrobe and views across towards the River Stour and countryside beyond. Ensuite has a walk-in shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.
First floor: Master Bedroom has a King sized double bed, two bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, two occasional chairs and a full length mirror. Lovely views across the Dorset countryside.
Bedroom Two has a double bed, two bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and an occasional chair. Scenic views towards the River Stour and beyond.
Beautiful Bathroom with roll top bath with hand-held shower attachment, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. Private cottage garden with fruit trees and large lawned area at the rear of the property. There is a table, chairs and BBQ. Apple Cottage nestles within a country estate providing a tranquil base on the edge of the market town of Wimborne. A short stroll into Wimborne are numerous foodie delights in its cafes, pubs and fine restaurants. The weekend brings a popular market where you can find fresh local produce including a butchers, bakers, fishmonger, fruit stalls and cheese stands.
The nearest beaches are found at Bournemouth and Poole a half hour drive away. Poole Harbour has excellent sailing, whereas the surfers amongst you will be interested in the surf reef at Boscombe. A little further afield the Isle of Purbeck and stunning Jurassic coastline can be found.
Superb walks are in abundance with over 300 miles of well signed footpaths, bridleways and byways to explore. Garden lovers and history seekers will be in their element with many National Trust properties and gardens to discover.
