Light, spacious contempory apartment… a wide hallway leads to the master bedroom with a king-size Italian designer bed with crisp pressed 100% Egyptian cotton bedding. The Master bedroom is complete with a large shower-room toilet en suite, luxury toiletries and an endless supply of plush towels.
A second double bedroom/study overlooks The Water of Leith with floor to ceiling windows. A deep balcony, accessible from the second bedroom, is accessorized by wrought iron candle holders, seating for 4, a table and throws for more chilly evenings. It's one of my favorite places to spend time and a principal reason that I fell in love with the apartment.
The main bathroom is off the hallway and has a large bath tub, pillar candles & even rubber duckies.
The main living area is open plan to a well equipped kitchen, which even has a Nespresso maker with pods provided*1. Basic fresh groceries will be provided as well as, in true Scots' style, a 'wee tipple'. The kitchen also has spices, oils etc and plenty of cookware, dishes, silverware, glasses....and LOTS of candles.

ANYWAY, the apartment is located at the foot of The Water of Leith and sits directly on the river with just a cobbled footpath in front so lovely and peaceful. It is surrounded by endless bars, restaurants, deli/artisan shopping as well as regular shops. (This one of the main areas where Edinburgh locals go to eat and drink).
