The kitchen is situated independently and has been professionally designed and fitted. Appliances include a four ring electric hob, cooker and hood, a large fridge / freezer, microwave oven, a toaster and a kettle.
Both bedrooms are fitted with double beds, wardrobes and shelving with plenty of storage space and ambient lighting.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, vanity unit with wash basin, WC and a washing machine.
A second WC with a wash handbasin is housed in a separate room.
There is a good size table and six chairs on the balcony (accessed from the lounge) which also has exterior lighting.
The long terrace can be accessed through each of the bedrooms, the kitchen and the lounge.
As the apartment is located on the interior side of the building, overlooking the garden area, it is in a particularly quiet position due to no road or traffic noise directly outside the apartment.
Internet / WiFi is available in the apartment. The apartment is fully double glazed and is air conditioned throughout. English TV and radio channels are available.

Rental prices are quoted in sterling for a seven night stay.
Payment is accepted in sterling and euros (please request a quote if you wish to pay in euros), preferably by bank transfer. However, if a bank transfer is not convenient, we will consider other options.
An initial deposit of 25% is required to reserve the apartment.
The balance of the rental will be due six weeks before the start of the holiday.
All bookings within six weeks of the start date are to be paid in full, in advance.
The rental price includes electricity, water, internet, bed linen and the end of stay clean - although it is a requirement that the apartment is left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition on departure.
Towels (for use in the apartment) may be hired as an optional extra at 10 euros a set for one bath and one hand towel.
A refundable security deposit is required which is held against loss of keys, damage or if the apartment is not left in a reasonable condition on departure.
Renowned for fine restaurants, good wine, the turquoise blue sea, hilltop villages and famous places along the coast such as Cannes, Nice, Monaco / Monte Carlo together with the exceptional climate, the French Riviera still remains one of the most popular destinations in the world.
Some of the hillside villages which are well worth a visit (public bus service can be taken) include Biot, Valbonne, St Paul and Vence.
The Old Town of Antibes is full of charm and character, with the narrow streets and alleys, passages and thoroughfares ready to take you on a journey of history and sample authentic French living.
As well as a multitude of restaurants, cafes, bars and bistros to enjoy, with prices to suit all budgets, places to visit include the Picasso museum, Port Vauban with the many super yachts, the daily Marche Provencal with the vast array of local produce and goods and the many regular markets held in the town.
Within a fifteen minute walk (or a five minute bus ride) from the apartment is the sister resort of Juan les Pins which is well worth a visit - public sandy beaches, beach restaurants, music bars, bistros, cafes and a casino.
A short ride on public transport will take you to Marineland, Aqualand, The Old Farm and Antibesland.
An excellent public transport system (train and bus) will take you to well known places along the coast including Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Monte Carlo, St Raphael, Frejus and even Italy with the popular market at Vengtimillia on a Friday.
