Enter up steps onto the private terrace of the apartment which is perfect for quiet alfresco dinners and then into the kitchen which is well equipped with fridge/freezer, hobs, microwave (no dishwasher). Good stock of basic essentials such as salt, pepper, oil, coffee etc.
There is a large living room with beautiful views of Monaco, comfy sofa, table and chairs, TV with UK channels, CD, DVD and internet access. Dining table and chairs.
One bedroom in the apartment on the mezzanine with a double bed and a view over the Mediterranean sea and one further double bed in an exterior room outside of the apartment, therefore not suitable for young children.
There is a shower room down a steep spiral staircase with shower, WC, basin and washing machine. Hairdryer.

Small private terrace with table and chairs - ideal for alfresco dining and very pretty.
There is one beach to the right, the Buse , which is pebble. Plage Bleu is also pebble but also has areas with white sand. The Monaco public beach is sandy, and the Menton bay beach around the corner is totally sandy. All along the main coast from Menton to Carnoles is pebble beach.
