Great place to relax away from it all. Located in a quiet cul de sac with steps up to a square.
Around the square there are two bars with outdoor seating, a few shops, a bank, the town hall and a cathedral.
Its only a few hundred yards to a great ice cream parlour Polo Nord
Very Italian with lots more shops within walking distance, including a supermarket plus a couple of takeaways for when you fancy staying in but not have to cook.
3 miles from the beach.
Ground floor entrance off street into hallway. Turn left into main lounge then down a few steps to magnificent vaulted kitchen/ breakfast room. Upstairs to first floor which can be a small second lounge with sofa/bed and the main bathroom/ shower and toilet. Continuing up to master bedroom with small balcony. (Available when required when there are 6 guests) Next up to main bedroom with vanity unit and balcony. Top floor second bedroom with en suite shower room and toilet, the balcony offering a great view of the coast.

Newly renovated, character building. Each bedroom has its own balcony.
Mountains, great scenery, lots of interesting hill top villages. Vineyards and olive groves.
Let's start with the beaches
Lido di Casalbordino is a five minute drive away (several bars and restaurants easy free parking, sandy with a long promenade)
Lido di Morge 10 minute drive( best for kids very safe, shallow and sandy. some beach bars worth spending time there)
Marina di Vasto. A 20 minute drive.
Excellant ice cream parlours and snack places, amazing beaches, miles and miles of sand. Good restaurants
Vasto is full of history, good shops, restaurants, and great panoramic views along the coast. It hosts several outdoors concerts. Vasto has as an aqua park. Several enormous supermakets even a Mc Donalds if you have to. There is a pastry shop to die for called Pan Amore.
Lanciano is an inland Roman town, very sophisticated with great shopping
Pescara has good shops, some great restaurants along the beaches.
Ortona is also worth a visit.
Each town holds a Market day.
My little town of Casalbordino is fascinating.
Try Scerni very good and reasonable local restaurant called Moretti
Lots of hilltop villages to be discovered; the list is endless.
