The property is partially subterranean, the roof is covered in grass and forms a garden. There is a picnic bench on the roof for guests to enjoy. Fantastic sea views from the roof area. There is parking available for up to 4 cars. There is aslo a car port which is suitable for one car.

Caerwenfor is located around 1 1/2 miles from Cwmtydu and around 3 miles from Llangrannog in the County of Ceredigion. Ceredigion offers a truly amazing coastline, rugged cliffs, fantastic beaches and delightful villages and towns.
Llangrannog is a pretty sea side village, there are two delightful sandy beaches, the beaches are popular with surfers and bodyborders. There are two pubs serving good food and beer. There is a cafe with great views of the beach serving great cakes and amazing ice cream.
Cwmtydu is a small village with a delightful pebble beach, seals are often spotted here and in September / October pups are born on the beach. There is a cafe serving teas, cakes etc which is only open during the main tourist season.
It is possible to walk along the coastal path to both Llangrannog and Cwmtydu
